Refund and Return Policy

Returns and Refunds

Since our flowers are perishable and custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the delivery has been made. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can evaluate a possible solution.

We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Incorrect order: If the product received does not match the original purchase.

  • Delivery damage: If the bouquet arrives in poor condition due to transportation issues (immediate photographic proof required).

  • Significant delivery delays caused by our fault.

If you believe your case qualifies for a replacement or refund, please contact us at bodasdecapricho@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number.

  • Photos of the received bouquet (in case of damage).

  • Description of the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the bouquet is damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the situation and offer a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable products such as flowers and plants.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Orders refused by the recipient. If the recipient does not accept the delivery, no refund will be issued, as the service has been completed.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date. If the bouquet has already been prepared or shipped, we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and release the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the money, please contact us at bodasdecapricho@gmail.com.
